Managing director
Markus Kummer is a graduate of Graz University of Technology (Industrial Engineering – Civil Engineering). Since 2011, he has been involved in the preparation of construction reports focusing on construction operations and construction economics as part of his self-employed work. Additionally, since 2013 he has been a research associate and, since 2016, also a lecturer at the Institute of Construction Management and Construction Economics at TU Graz.
In his dissertation titled "Aggregated Consideration of Productivity Losses in the Determination of Construction Costs and Durations," he explored nonlinearities and uncertainties in the determination of construction costs and durations, delving into the field of opportunity-risk management.
